Not financial advice
PropAgents is analysis software. It is not an investment adviser, broker, or signal service, and nothing it produces is financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Simulations and "challenge odds" are statistical estimates built from data you supply — they are a sample, not a promise. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. No outcome, profit, or pass rate is guaranteed, and past results never guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for every trading decision.
Terms of use
- You must be 18 or older to use the service.
- Your subscription grants one personal, non-transferable account. Sharing accounts or reselling access is not permitted.
- Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled any time; cancellation stops future charges and access continues to the end of the paid period.
- The service is provided "as is". Market data can be delayed, third-party feeds can fail, and availability is not guaranteed. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the month the claim arose.
- Abuse, attempted intrusion, or use of the service for unlawful activity ends the account without refund.
Privacy
- What we collect: your email address, account credentials (stored as salted hashes), the trading rules and journal data you enter, and standard technical logs (IP address, timestamps) kept for security.
- What we use it for: operating your account, sending transactional email (welcome, access, receipts), and — only if you signed up for it — product updates. Reply "stop" to any email and you are off the list.
- What we never do: sell your data, share your journal or rules with anyone, or connect to your broker — the service never has access to your funds.
- Processors we rely on: Stripe (payments — we never see your card number), Resend (email delivery), Railway and Vercel (hosting). Each processes only what it needs.
- Your rights: email us to export or permanently delete your account and data; we complete deletion within 30 days.
- Cookies: a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party ad cookies are set by the app. The marketing site may use a Meta pixel to measure ads; browsers with tracking protection block it without breaking anything.
Refunds
Monthly subscriptions: cancel any time, no questions. If something we broke kept you from using the service, email hello@cotrader.pro within 14 days and we will make it right.
